Modern and resolutely contemporary painting with mixed technique representing the famous Spanish series "La Casa de papel".

Format: 50/70 cm

Inspired by the Spanish series "Money Heist," where the protagonists' main mission was to gain time. It's also a nod to Salvador's "Soft Watches" in "The Persistence of Memory."

The collages of tattered newspapers were taken from Spanish newspaper articles relevant to the series.

At the top, we can see the "Paper House" and at the bottom right, a spiral, which, along with the clocks, represent the passing of time. At the bottom left, a grid symbolizes the confinement of the hostages but also the protagonists who are threatened with going straight to prison...
