Meeting with Maggy Durafour and Artedelph, articulated between painting and sculpture. A selection of works explores the fascinating dialogue between classic artistic forms and more contemporary and modern expressions; tradition and modernity are two key concepts that have shaped societies around the world. While tradition represents the continuity of values, beliefs, and cultural practices passed down from generation to generation, modernity embodies change, innovation, and progress in response to new challenges and opportunities. As artists and spectators, what is the cultural heritage we carry that shapes our perception and our feeling of the current world? What shapes our inspiration? This exhibition explores the ability of works to be in tune with their time while attempting to address a wider audience artistically, without denying their style and identity.

Maison du Fleuve from November 5 to 28. Opening on Wednesday, November 5, from 6 p.m. Free admission from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Guided tours and presence of the artists on November 17 and 19 (5 p.m. – 6 p.m.). Parent/child workshop on November 22 at 4 p.m.
