My Mona Klimt, Artistic Impression

Time passes through its traces in the frame and the mortar portrait, and the conception of what Art can be varies over the centuries and decades. It seems to me that the Mona Lisa can be one of the greatest symbols of the art world, which today is also affected by the Covid and financial crisis that is sweeping the world.

Perhaps this is a "pause" that allows us to re-examine the world of Art and its value... Is it a pure investment or financial niches that are played out at millions of euros or will art finally become democratized, open its borders by focusing on the aesthetic or emotional value that a work can arouse, like an invitation to travel and an escape from reality...

I chose to represent this value and richness of Art in this painting through the aesthetics of Gustave Klimt in certain paintings with his famous graphic and golden backgrounds.
