For me, an artist must be a witness of his time. Without taking sides, because often conflicts are much more complex than what we believe or what we want to make us believe ... But the horror that emerges from them cannot leave us unscathed. At the moment, it is the War in Ukraine which is very publicized (hence the presence of newspaper clippings on the wall) but unfortunately still too many conflicts rage in our world ... And often art and culture are banned or destroyed ...
