Long version
One day, everything changed...
Once upon a time , there was a story of a young woman who led a very ordinary life. Coming from a family of amateur artists, she was immersed in the artistic field for a long time. A Spanish teacher, she studied Hispanic art extensively and attended exhibitions very regularly. She particularly liked all the innovative artists, those who stood out from the crowd and went beyond borders... Until the day when... she had a car accident and experienced the loss of one of her loved ones, who symbolized for her, all the paradise of her childhood... as for the accident, it was one of the triggers of a chronic illness that began at that time. When her Great-Aunt died, she first wrote down her intense pain and sadness on paper, just by stringing together words. But that wasn't enough, she was seething inside and couldn't express herself. She imagined herself going to buy brushes and paints, even though she had never made any, to spit out what was burning inside her. Surprisingly, her hand began to create movements, shapes and colors on the immaculate white paper and it was the beginning of a great passion...
Over time, she felt the desire to create more materials, more relief and gradually added to her painting sand, earth, various papers, wood, mosses… everything she could find nearby, thus naturally introducing herself to Mixed Techniques. Her studio transformed into a real laboratory of experiments and combinations extravagant to access the singularity and originality of each work. Gradually imprisoned in a body that could no longer move forward and function because of her illness, her desire to paint quickly became a vital necessity.
This is one of the reasons why his painting is always lively and in movement , celebrating the present moment . She was determined to move forward at all costs and thanks to new technologies, she was able to self-train in painting without having to travel. She immediately wanted to express herself through abstraction. Over time, she learned to master materials, mediums and colors and to explore different techniques that allowed her to gradually build her universe. Despite her health, she still managed to preserve her eternal joy of living and her legendary enthusiasm that always thirsted for ideas and to express herself.
She is beginning to be recognized as an artist in her own right by other colleagues and professionals in the field of Art, and to be exhibited in galleries and local, national and international art fairs . She delights in expressing herself, taming and sublimating all her emotions that have been bubbling within her for a long time . It is as if she had found what she had been looking for all her life: her own balance. The creative gesture allows us to show that despite the weakness or disarray in which we may find ourselves one day, we are all capable of transforming them into a creative force that has the power to overcome the darkest moments of our history.
